The course provides practical tips, tools and steps agents can take to better serve clients before and during this critical stage of any transaction. Students are walked through each step including the application process, loan processing, underwriting and what all parties enjoy, the closing!

The courses include a series of units, varying in quantity by title with periodic true/false or multiple choice questions that check for understanding of the material. Units conclude with short self-correcting quizzes of typically 10 multiple choice and/or True/False questions. They can be repeated as many times as necessary until they are successfully passed. You may log in and log out of the course as often as you like enabling you to complete the lessons whenever it is convenient for you. Once the course is completed The CE Shop team is automatically notified of the completion. |
